Abstract

In the e-commerce [business-to-consumer] domain, where the number of options is overwhelming. New enterprises must filter, prioritize and use important information efficiently in order to compete effectively and achieve a competitive advantage. There are numerous inventive solutions available to assist new firms in succeeding in the fast-paced worldwide expansion of e-commerce and overcoming these hurdles. This study examines the various obstacles and potentials of various innovative solutions in the business-to-consumer field in order to serve as a guide for e-commerce research and practice. And also provide researchers with a proposed solution to each of these challenges.
